Being an Email Customer Service Representative:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be assisting customers of a fast-growing, certified cruelty-free beauty and skincare products company.

  • You’ll be the face of the brand, communicating with customers via email.
  • You’ll be assisting customers with a variety of different support needs, including returns, exchanges, order status inquiries, change order requests, and replacement orders.
  • This is a short-term contract that is planned to run from November to January, making it an excellent opportunity for someone that is looking to earn extra cash for the holiday season!• It’s remote and flexible.
  • You’ll be supporting customers and making money from the comfort of your own home.
  • Plus, you’ll enjoy flexible scheduling, where you use a self-scheduling platform to select when you work and when you don’t.
  • You’ll have the freedom to schedule around your own needs, the needs of your family, and the important events in your life.
  • Hours of operation are 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM ET, Monday through Sunday.
    You’ll choose your own schedule within those hours of operation.
  • Please note that our third-party client requires that each independent contractor services a minimum of 20 -35 hours per week.
  • If you’d prefer to service fewer than 20-35 hours per week as an independent contractor, you’re free to pursue a different opportunity within the NexRep Marketplace.

Essential Functions:

  • Work within multiple computer systems to answer customer emails
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Assist customers with return and exchange requests
  • Provide customers with order and shipping status updates
  • Process change order requests and replacement orders
  • Answer questions about the company’s products
  • Follow policy and procedure guidelines
  • Document information and outcomes as necessary

About You:

  • Some prior customer care experience is required.

In addition, successful Email Customer Service Representatives have the following characteristics:

To be an Email Customer Service Representative, you will need a Windows PC. Macs cannot be used.
